mixing blood sound reasonable but intaking through the mouth seems impossible because it would go into the stomach and the time needed for the stomach to digest would be atleast a day if not more and with all the blood drawn from the human death would occur before hand

if the fangs were in the bakc of the mouth the they would have to find a piece of flesh( yes neck could work) that they could get to that part of the mouth. Once the vampire bites them with the front and back teeth and vemon is released from both and mixes creating the vampire virus

if the vampire bites with the front only then its a pleasurable sensation if the mind is rolled. If a vampire bites another vampire with the back teeth and lets the vemon out it can kill the other vampire
